Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

XDF Moto Tuning sells digital products only:

• XDF definition files for ECU tuning
• BIN files for motorcycle engine control units
• Ready-to-flash tunes
• Packages combining these files

There is no physical item to ship or to send back. A file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, which is why a purchase cannot be reversed.

2. No Refunds

Once an order has been paid, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, whether or not the files have been downloaded. This applies in every case, including:

• A file bought for the wrong motorcycle, model, year, engine, or ECU
• A change of mind after the purchase
• Being unable to use the file with your own tools or software
• Results that differ from your expectations

3. Before You Buy

Please read each product page carefully before placing your order and check that the file matches your motorcycle: brand, model, year, engine, ECU, and file type. If you are unsure whether a file suits your motorcycle, contact us before buying and we will gladly help.

4. Download Problems

If you cannot download a file you have paid for, contact us with your order number. We will make sure you receive the files you bought.

5. Right of Withdrawal

By completing your purchase, you request immediate delivery of your files and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose any right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to online purchases in your country.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies to every order placed after its publication. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
